We are Investown, a Prague-based FinTech start-up focused on real estate investing. We are currently the fastest growing investment platform in the Czech Republic based on the increasingly popular crowdfunding method. We have made real estate investing accessible to everyone and currently have over 50,000 investors who have invested more than 500 million with us. And now we are looking for a colleague to work with our Head of Customer Success, Marcela, to look after our platform users and resolve situations to their satisfaction.
What you're going to do
- Interact with our investors via chat, email, phone and provide professional support
- To help them achieve their goals and meet their needs
- Listen and advise patiently and empathetically, maintaining a positive and friendly tone at all times
- Collect feedback on platform and functionality requirements
- Contribute to building a positive relationship between users and the
platform.
How we imagine you
- You know what Customer Care is, and you may already have experience in providing it.
- You are familiar with investments, investment principles and terminology
- You have an excellent knowledge of Czech spelling and grammar and English at a communicative level.
- You can reliably put yourself in the client's shoes, their problems, and you can propose simple and effective solutions.
- You are resistant to negative comments and can respond to them with complete calmness and patience.
- You have an enthusiastic, pro-client attitude, but you can be assertive when you need to be.
- You listen to the feedbacks and keep moving forward based on them.
