What you're going to do

• On the basis of the supplied documents, to carry out an analysis of development projects
• Determine current and future LTVs
• Determine whether the estimate of renovation costs is at the level of usual costs
• Explore and determine the risks associated with the construction of development projects

How we imagine you

Do you have experience with:

• Financing of development projects
• Construction and reconstruction of real estate
• Valuation of real estate
• Evaluation of real estate suitable for the purpose of collateral
• Analysis and evaluation of the reconstruction budget
• Determining the risks associated with the construction of projects

The result of your work will be:

• Project evaluation containing whether the purchase price of the property corresponds to the market value
• Reconstruction costs depending on the study delivered, corresponding to the usual costs
• Risk assessment (e.g. risks associated with obtaining a building permit)
• Recommendation on the financing procedure
• Determination of the current and future market price of the property
• Recommendation of a suitable property for pledge
