Property Manager

We are Investown, a Prague-based FinTech start-up focused on real estate investing. We are currently the fastest growing investment platform in the Czech Republic based on the increasingly popular crowdfunding method. We have made real estate investing accessible to everyone and currently have over 50,000 investors who have invested more than 500 million with us. And now we are looking for a colleague to help us run our property management smoothly!

What you're going to do

• Prepare lease agreements, terminate them and collate the necessary documents.
• Communicate with brokers and administrators.
• Hand over flats and keys for sale or rent to brokers. The properties are spread out across the Czech Republic and the brokers remotely hand over the flats for us.
• Prepare documents for the sale of real estate and ensure communication in connection with the sale.
• Prepare documentation for insurance companies.
• Adhoc tasks - administration, mail.

• At least one year in a real estate environment and preferably directly in property management.
• You are responsible and caring.
